In the knowledge-based economy age, the central work style is the high-speed innovative knowledge work. To the company, the key of the core competition strength of the company is the management of the knowledge. As the knowledge workers are the object who has the knowledge and the creativity, so the focus of the human resource management is knowledge workers' management.The management scholar Peter.Rucker had said, knowledge workers' productivity would be the core subject for the company management, still it would be the biggest challenge for the management Science in the 21st'century . At the present time, how to manage these knowledge workers effectively and encourage them to work in the consistent way of improving the common benefit of all employees, namely how to incent the knowledge workers, has become the chief issue of human resource management. From the beginning of the 21st century, more and more scholars, experts and students do the research on the knowledge workers' incentive management. And under this background, I select the knowledge workers of a High-tech company AA company as the research object in this dissertation, the subject is to look for the knowledge workers' demand of a High-tech company AA company, analysis the features and detect the problem, expect to find the appropriate incentive strategy. Consequently, we could achieve the goals that improving the knowledge workers' work positivity in AA company, digging their work potential, and advancing AA's competition strength in the end. It's also expected that this result of the dissertation could give a good suggestion to the similar company too. Hereby, this subject has an important practice significance.The followings are the main contents:In chapter one is the introduction of the dissertation, the background, significance, method and thought of the research are illuminate. Then, we review the evolvement and development of the incentive theory, the definition of the knowledge workers included. In chapter three, AA company is introduced, including the basic active incentive strategy for the knowledge workers of AA company. In chapter four, I do a research on the demand factor of the knowledge workers in AA company using both of the questionnaire and the interview. Then in the fifth chapter, according to the statistical result of the questionnaire and the interview, I diagnose the problem about the incentive management of AA company, and a relevant solution is given in the end. Lastly, it is the summary of the study contents, including the achievement and shortage of this dissertation, with a long view for the research in the end.According to the conclusions of the research, AA company also has the same features as others Chinese company, it is that the incentive methods is simplex and it is just focus on salary compensations. And the incentive factors gained most attention of the employee in AA company include Salary and Benefits, Managers' Capability, Organization Cooperation, Foreground of the Company, Accomplishment from the Work, Capability of Exertion. While according to the deep interview, Salary and Benefits, Foreground of the Company and Security are more sensitive than others factors, which is different from the research result other Chinese scholars done before. It appears with the special features for the world economic crises.Based on the background of the economic crises, this thesis gives a incentive strategy for AA company. It suggests that some action should be taken on the factors as followings:adopting performance analysis, adopting float salary, improving company culture , improving employee training ,adopting flexible work time and place, advancing the managers' skill and so on .All of the suggestions' goal is to maintain and improve the employee's comity and innovation capability, reduce the cost with a good human resource reposition for the future at the same time in the period of the economic crises .It's hoped that this thesis could give a good reference for AA company and even others companies in China.
