With the rapid development of global economy and the constant acceleration of industrial restructuring,the era of knowledge economy has come to us.Therefore,how to effectively motivate knowledge workers,give full play to the creativity and work enthusiasm of knowledge workers,become a very important issue in the human resources management of enterprises or organizations.ZT is a high-tech company that provides information technology and business solutions.Because of the industry characteristics and the nature of the company,more than half of the company's employees are knowledge workers.At present,the company has a set of employee incentive system,which can have a positive impact on employees.However,through questionnaires and interviews and other means to obtain knowledge-based employees' satisfaction and demand for the company's incentive factors,this paper finds that there are still some problems in the incentive system of ZT company.Based on the relevant theories of incentives,this paper gives out questionnaires about the degree of demand and satisfaction of incentive factors to the knowledge workers of the company,analyzes the problems in the incentive system of the company.For the design of incentive system,the paper first analyzes the main factors that constitute incentive system and their correlation,and then clarifies the design principles and ideas of incentive system.According to the main incentive factors,the design contents of incentive system are divided into material incentive,personal growth incentive,work incentive,organizational environment incentive and emotional incentive.Finally,the paper designs and implements safeguard measures to ensure that the incentive system plays an effective and full role from three aspects:system guarantee,organization guarantee and risk prevention.By analyzing and studying the incentive strategy of ZT Company,this paper makes a detailed analysis and summary from the perspective of five dimensions of demand degree,finds out the problems existing in the specific operation of the system and analyzes the reasons for these problems,and finally combines the overall situation of the enterprise and its industry environment,and gives full consideration to them.The actual needs of the company staff,develop the latest incentive strategy for the complete design and corresponding safeguards.High-tech enterprises take innovation as the driving force,study the motivation principle of knowledge workers,exert the enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers,and establish effective incentive strategies for the development of enterprises have important practical significance.
