At the end of this paper, the total research contents are summarized and the future research work is prospected.Based on the research of classical motivation theories and the domestic and foreign related knowledge, combined with the current motivation situation of HeFei Tobacco Companies, analyzed and summed up the problem and the reason, to construct the incentive system of the knowledge type employees of HeFei Tobacco Companies, and introduces the construction principle and specific content.
