| At present, there are two major issues the brain drain problem and maintain the stability of high quality human resource stock which have been plaguing private enterprises human resource management. The high rate of knowledge workers mobility indicates the lack of stable workforce and staff loyalty. The loss of knowledge workers will run a great impact on the organization. It has become the issues requiring urgent solutions to improve the staff loyalty, which is the ultimate goal that the management pursuits.From the loss of knowledge workers of private enterprises, against the characteristics of knowledge workers the brain drain problem is studied. High loyalty of knowledge workers brings hidden value and future earnings. By strengthening the knowledge workers loyalty, management could reduce the staff turnover rate.The definitions of the concepts are given which are used during the knowledge workers loyalty management. From three factors which are the social environmental factors, the business environment factors and its own staff factors, the reasons why lower loyalty of are analyzed. The knowledge workers loyalty assessment system is established by using AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. It includes influencing factors analysis, loyalty evaluated factors and weight assignment and loyalty evaluation model. The representative private enterprises are selected to test the application of the model in the empirical study. The situation of knowledge workers loyalty is evaluated by questionnaire investigation and recommendations are provided for the staff loyalty management.200 questionnaires were issued with 163 valid in the survey, the validity is 81.3 percent. The main conclusions: first, through an expert survey to confirm the weight, it can be seen three factors the state of enterprises, management and the state of staff in enterprises are considered to be important, and the last one is the most important; Second, according to the empirical findings, learning and training opportunities, promotion prospects, the degree of fair feelings and participation are focused by knowledge workers, which would be a guiding role to implement the loyalty management of knowledge workers. |
