Analysis On The Landscape Characteristics Of Land Use Structure In Gansu Province

Based on land change data of Gansu Province from 1997 to 2007, The land use structure was studied with"patch-corridor-matrix"pattern of landscape ecology and analysis method of landscape index in Gansu province.The result showed that:1.the land use structure of Gansu province could be divided into four types based on matrix in term of land use type, the matrix of land use structure in Tianshui,Dingxi,Pingliang,Linxia was cropland; the matrix of Longnan was woodland; the matrix of Lanzhou,Baiyin,Zhangye,Qingyang,Gannan was grassland;the matrix of Jiayuguan,Jinchang,Jiuquan,Wuwei was unuseland.2.Land use structure types have obvious differences in the spatial distribution under the control of the naturally geographic differentiation.3.The heterogeneity of land use structure of Lanzhou,Jiayuguan,Jinchang,Jiuquan,Zhangye,Gannan was homogeneous heterogeneity, on the contrary, that of (Baiyin,Tianshui,Wuwei,Pingliang,Qingyang,Linxia was heterogeneous heterogeneity, as well the change tendency is not obvious in general.4. The differences of the maximum patch was obvious in spatial, although the change of them was not obvious in temporal.5.The minimum patch of the land use structure were garden plot in all cities, the changes of them were less whenever they were increasing or decreasing except Pingliang and Tianshui, in where the minimum patch of the land use structure have obviously an increasing trend.6.The woodland is the main patch getting the greatest change in spatial and temporal, secondly are cropland and grassland.
