Government Action In The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone In The Development Of Industrial Clusters In The Study

Since 90s of 20th century, with the development of economic globalization process, industrial clusters, as a new type of industrial organization, has become a remarkable worldwide economic phenomenon. Both in developed and developing countries, the development of industrial clusters is the important content of local economic development. In recent years, the social from all walks of life began to pay more attention to the problems of economic development of the Beibu gulf economic zone. The economic development of Beibu gulf economic zone is the basic unit of overall planning economic and social development of urban and rural, which is the important basis of regional economy. This paper takes industry cluster, the government behavior theory, and industrial cluster of Beibu gulf economic zone of Guangxi as empirical research object, uses the literature research, interview questionnaire survey and other methods, major surveys each cluster representative enterprise and cluster key enterprises, all levels of local government of economic zone, industry associations and professional market. Through the interview and questionnaire of the government department of economy zone and the enterprise leaders, this paper understands deeply the basic situation, characteristics of industry cluster of economic zone, the role of government in the formation and development of industrial cluster, and the current facing problems of industrial cluster, etc, then analysis the optimization strategy of government behavior of Guangxi Beibu gulf economic zone.This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part simply expatiates the background and meaning of the topic of this article, the research status from home and abroad, and the research methods and ideas; The second part is expatiates the related theory. The third part is that foreign governments promote industrial cluster development and experience revelation; The fourth part is expounds the status of Beibu gulf economic zone of industry cluster in Guangxi development and the function and influence of government action; The fifth part is the comprehensive evaluation to the Beibu gulf economic zone of industrial cluster in Guangxi, and analyze the government behavior lacking problem; The sixth part is the government action optimization proposals in the development of Beibu gulf economic zone of industry cluster in Guangxi; and the seventh part summarizes this paper and point out the disadvantages of the research.
