Comparative Research On Developmental Level Of Rural Regional Economy In Henan Province

There is rapid development on economy in Henan province after reform and opening, especially with the practice of central rising strategy which was put forward by central government in 2004, economy in Henan province faces unprecedented strategic opportunity. But Henan is a agricultural province, the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmer are always the key which affect the economic growth and social development of Henan province. Above all, it is necessary to understand the present conditions in order to solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmer, the important part in which is the correct analysis of development level of countryside economy in different areas. How to evaluate the rural economic developmental levels in different areas in Henan province is a problem which solved as soon as possible. The solution of problem will provide theoretic and realistic basis for making out scientific and reasonable development strategy according to the different developmental degree in rural economy, furthermore, will found the concrete basis for the reality of central rising.Comparative study was carried out for rural economic developmental level in different areas in Henan province based on the second China agricultural investigation material in Henan province and relative data on Henan statistical yearbook, quantitative analysis and evaluation was carried out on rural economic developmental degree of 18 provincial cities including Jiyuan city through the method of grey fixed weight cluster. Analysis of difference in rural economic developmental degree of provincial cities and measures of further rapid development have important significance for the rapid development in rural economy in Henan province and the reality of strategic aims of central rising.Developmental levels of rural economy in Henan province were divided into four types which were First, Second, Third and Fourth which respectively present higher developmental type, middle-higher developmental type, middle-lower developmental type and lower developmental type. Results showed that Zhengzhou and Jiyuan belong to the first type, higher in developmental levels of rural economy; Luoyang, Anyang, Hebi, Jiaozuo, Xuchang belong to the second type, middle-higher in developmental level on rural economy; Kaifeng, Xinxiang, Luohe, Sanmenxia, Nanyang, Xinyang belong to the third type, middle-higher in developmental level of rural economy; Pingdingshan, Puyang, Shangqiu, Zhoukou, Zhumadian belong to the fourth type, lower in developmental level of rural economy.The dissertation analyzed the measures on fastening the rural economic development respectively according to the rural economy with different developmental degree. Every city will give full play to selfish advantages, put forward the promoting agriculture by industry and driving countryside by city, carry out the construction of socialism new countryside positively, in order to realize the fast and healthy development on rural economy in Henan province. Every countryside should burden own commitment and make own contribution for the earlier reality of central rising and really make the Henan become a big province in economy, industry and agriculture.
