| With comprehensively promote the urbanization process in China Since the 1980 s,the rights of land-lost peasants damaged more and more problems appear in the public eye.Although the process of urbanization is not necessarily the reason land-lost peasants produced,but it is undeniable,the process of urbanization China have a high number of land-lost peasants.Guarantee the rights of land-lost peasants increasingly become the focus of widespread concern of scholars for solving this problem is not only related to the realization of civil rights of landless peasants,but also related to the stability and long-term stability of the social order.Thesis citizenship theory perspective,from the "citizenship" and illustrated the perspective of civil rights and social rights of landless peasants in the process of urbanization in the face;the reason of their rights issues arising from institutional factors and human two factors are analyzed,that the root cause of land-lost farmers' rights issues arising rights realization and difficulties relief on further to citizenship theory,that the elimination of landless peasants rights obstacles to the realization as well as security,it must be related institutional reforms,and improve the relevant non-institutional factors in China.Thesis is divided into six parts,the first part is an introduction,including the cause and significance of the topic,literature review,research purpose,research methods and innovations.The second part includes the urbanization of landless peasants and define the concept of citizenship theoretical feasibility study of the problem of the interpretation.The third part of citizens and social rights of the two-part analysis of the main rights of landless peasants.The fourth part from the institutional and human analysis of both the causes of the problems of landless peasants rights.Section V presents the appropriate corrective measures to address both the causes.The sixth part is the conclusion of this article. |
