Study On The Right Protection Of Land-lost Peasants In Xinluo District

Base on the deep investigation on the Xinluo County’s land-lost peasants’current situation of living and interests’protection, the paper analyses the main problems of land-lost peasants’ rights and interests’protection and the characteristic of the disadvantaged minority, concludes the system reason and social factors influenced their rights and interests’protection, forwards some basic principles which should be persisted in and then discusses the answers of how to protect their rights and interests in corresponding policy background.
