The Research Of Relevance And The Influencing Factor Of Technology Transfer And Independent Innovation

Leading the Science and technology research within Universities, sorts of scientific institutions with enterprises, it involves that change should be going through tangible technologies, outcomes to intangible experience and specialized knowledge. According to the growth economic environment, one of the most important missions is innovation which is depending on the academic theories transfer into practice deeply. Looking through the keen technical competition all over the world, developed countries in order to keep their own top steps, close confined their own technologies overflow onto developing countries, and for developing countries, the mission of technical innovation required sufficient resources from Universities, scientific institutions to support enterprise absolutely. In view of this background, the paper set the live pig-farming processing enterprises in Sichuan as examples, focused on the technology transformation of the cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institution, and also the relevant issues on the implementation of independent innovation through theoretical discussion and empirical analysis.Based on the synoptically analysis of current international innovation situations and the difficulties encountered by the development of the live pig industry, the first chapter set the research direction of this paper and expounded the meanings of this research. Furthermore, this paper summarized the research situations and the focuses of the technology transformation of cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes,independent innovation and agricultural innovation. Meanwhile, this paper founded that previous research primarily qualitative studded from the third part, insufficiently concerned about the collaborative innovation in the agricultural field and merely quantitative analyzed the related contents basically from the Agriculture related companies angle. Nevertheless, this part further clarified the related concepts and the scope of this research, finally set the research objectives,ideas and methods.Started from the innovation theory, Chapter two summarized the relevant theories such as technological innovation, cooperation, innovation and technology transfer theory, which also played a basis role of theory in this paper. Theory of technological innovation contained the western theory from the Schumpeterian theory of innovation and the independent theory originated from the developing countries. The collaborative innovation theory comprised by four parts, namely the Theory of the Doctrine of New System,Transaction Cost Theory,theory of national innovation systems and university-enterprise cooperation. The theory part of technology transfer mainly cited contents from the technology gap theory, technology life cycle theory and the "Triple Helix" theory. To quote the results of theories both form inside and outside countries, they used to be as the foundation theories of this issued essay.Based on the chapter two, the third chapter establishes the hypothesis of this paper; it's including the relevance hypothesis of Cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institute and implementation of independent innovation, the relevance hypothesis of technology transformation and achievement for the level of self-innovation. At the same time, chapter three set the variable group respectably presents the technology transformations variables and the implementation of independent innovation variables.In Chapter four, the authors intend to analyze the relevance of institution's technology transformation and independent innovations of enterprises. First of all, analyzed the current situations of the Sichuan live pig industry, including the mode of production,position of production, condition of production and industrial policies; Secondly, this part proposed a brief introduction for the canonical correlation analysis model used in this paper; it used quantitative analyzed the survey data, and concluded that Cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institute of Sichuan live pig industry still stay at a primary stage, which chiefly presented by the collaboration between the technology personnel and the proportion of product sales in other provinces.Chapter Five: This part analyzed the influencing factors of the innovation from the companies' angle and empirical analyzed the two types totally 6 influencing factors just by the gray relational method. It could be exploded by the outcome of the empirical analysis that the situational intimacy of the Cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institute play the most influencing role, followed by the level of technology and the enterprise's own stock.Chapters Six respectively used the experience of overseas experiences. This paper drew the achievements of technology transformation in the Cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institute from some developed countries, such as the USA and Japan. Meanwhile,Chapter Seven: At first, this paper gave a prediction of live pig industry's development trend and submitted relevant policy proposals. And second, paper gave the suggestion and the research forecast part.
