Study On Environment-friendly Land-use Evaluation In Zhengzhou City

China insists on taking economic construction as the central task, and this development idea brings the rapid development of national economy. However, it also brings us a lot of negative effects, among which most people take severe environment situation as the top concern. Especially in the processes of land exploitation and utilization, exorbitant utilize and predatory developing causes the radical damage to natural ecosystem, the deterioration of land ecological environment is changing our living environment radically. There is dependency need of land resource in future economic development, it will have far-reaching influence on the intensity, manner, scale, and layout of the land utilization. In the new situation, to achieve economy-ecology-society coordinated developing, it is crucial to transform the economic growth mode and to implement the environment- friendly land use pattern.The article will present the concept and connotation of environment -friendly land utilization according to the ecology and socioeconomics theory of land utilization through studying and reviewing other related references. Under the direction of this concept, through drawing lessons from other relevant research and according to relational standard specifications, the article builds up the evaluation index system of environment-friendly land utilization. Its overall goal is environment-friendly land utilization, and criteria levels include environment condition, environment stress, economic returns and environment response to the land use, with 22 indexes in all. The article use this indicator System to measure and analyze environmentally-friendly land use conditions since 2000 in Zhengzhou area.The evaluation result shows, environment -friendly land utilization composite index from high to low are: Xingyang, Xinmi, Dengfeng, Gongyi, Xinzheng and Zhongmou. The index of land utilization economic effect, environment condition, environment stress in Xingyang is better than those in other areas, so the integrated index in Xingyang is higher than those in other counties or cities. On the whole, environment-friendly land utilization composite index in Zhengzhou is increasing with years, it shows environment- friendly degree of the land utilization in Zhengzhou was continually enhanced .The indexes of land utilization economic effect and environment response have the same tendency with integrated value which was present gently rising in Zhengzhou. That is why the integrated index of environment-friendly land utilization was rising.Further analysis show that the environmental conditions of land use in Zhengzhou are not conducive to environment-friendly aspects. Especially in basic ecological conditions, such as shortage of water resources, forest cover rate need to be improved. While the rapid land conversion brought about by the ecological conditions of land degradation also need to be improved. The situation of land-use pressure on the environment have been improved in which has played a positive role to promote the environment-friendly land use. But there are several outstanding problems including tensions between people and land and land pollution caused by industry and agriculture are also very serious. The economic output of land use in Zhengzhou is improved year-by-year. Also environmental input has increased and in response to the environment has been strengthened. Both of which have played a positive role for environment-friendly land use. However compared to advanced countries, the inputs of environment whether in proportion or intensity is not enough.So in order to enhance the environment-friendly land utilization in Zhengzhou, the article has given some suggestions as follows: strengthen constructing the bio-environment farming land use and protecting farming land environment; constructing ecological forestry in zhengzhou; carrying out the process of urbanization reasonably and improving the ecological construction of urban land; To improve regional land use structure according to local conditions; protecting fundamentally ecological type of land strictly and other more suggestions.
