So the paper thinks that the tourism industrial structure is the economical and technological connection and ratio relation among tourism department, section and other economical section, which mainly includes the tourism sectional structure, the local structure, the organizational structure, the product structure and the ownership structure.The paper analyze the tourism industrial structure of Hebei Province from two aspect, used the Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis method. On the basis of original analysis method, the paper made a series of quantitative evaluation index, which is economic industry development index, industrial structure change index, industry correlation index, benefits of the structure index, the level of industrial specialization. In order to analyze tourism industrial structure of Hebei Province in a comprehensive manner, the paper used the tourism industry Concentration Analysis, Gray Correlation Analysis, Productive Force Analysis, Shift Share Method, Weaver Index Portfolio Analysis, and Location Entropy Analysis, and so on.The paper used Cluster Analysis Methods to identify the other provinces which structure factor is similar to the Hebei Province's, followed by analyzing the tourism industrial structure-related factors, and on the basis of these factors identified by Cluster Analysis of indicators. After that, the papar made a Quantitative evaluation for other provinces'tourism industrial structure and made a horizontal comparison with Hebei Province. With combinating the the results of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation, the paper could Adjust the direction of Hebei Province's tourism industrial structure. Based on analyzing and researching Hebei Province's tourism industrial structure, Through the analysis and research above mentioned, the paper finally has discovered Hebei Province's developing questions. Based on the questions about Hebei Province's tourism industrial structure, the paper has proposed some developing measures, which include enhancing infrastructure construction, expanding the tourism consumable demand, strengthening tourism promotion, optimize tourism product structure, speeding up information technology, enhancing tourism sectional management.
