Teece brought forward the concept of knowledge transfer in 1977.Since then, knowledge transfer has been an important embranchment in knowledge management field. There are abundant study upon it all over the world. But most of them concentrate on compartmentalize-tion, and there are pressed for the knowledge transfer performance, especially running short of measuring dimensionalities. It is also scarce that what enviorment is propitious to the improvement of konwledge transfer performance for team members in current study, especially empirical study. To solve these problems, this paper builds a dimensionality model of knowledge transfer performance based on it's R&D team members. It involves receipt's investment, receipt's satis- faction, knowledge learniong, knowledge creating, skill innovation promoting. This article considers context as learning culture, and empirically discusses the influence of learning culture upon knowledge transfer performance, giving hypothesis, testing and verifying them.Learning culture is measured by DLOQ designed by Watkins and Marsick. Knowledge transfer performance is measured by questions used in former studies. This study collects 372 valid samples through a large-scale survey. Correlation analysis and regression analysis are conducted to identify learning culture's prediction to knowledge transfer performance. The results show that the seven dimensionalities of learning culture and five dimensionalities of knowledge transfer performance are significantly correlated in all dimensions, explaining close relation between them. And learning culture have significantly influence on knowledge transfer performance at different levels, explaining that learning culture can improve knowledge transfer performance among team members. This article labors effective influence between learning culture and knoeledge transfer performance. It has directive effect when enterprises improve and promote knowledge transfer performance among staff.
