The Study Of Urban Land Use Optimal Adjustment In Beilun District Based On Urban Land Readjustment

Spatial expansion of urban land has become the main features of land-use change.Meanwhile,along with China from a planned economy to a market economy in transition,land acquisition compensation for the Constitution and the introduction of property law,which the preparation and implementation of urban planning concepts and methods in the higher demands.Urban Land Consolidation is the development of urban land use and optimize the important technology of urban land use is land ownership and land use,layout,structure adjustment.Therefore,this article draw on the success of domestic and international experience in urban land consolidation, and explore urban planning in the context of the land to market-oriented, suitable for the preparation and implementation of planning concepts and methods.The article is divided into six parts.PartⅠ:Introduction.It consists of introduction background and significance,research purposes and ideas,research content and method.PartⅡ:research and practice of progress at home and abroad.Urban Readjustment summarized the course of development at home and abroad, application model,methods of operation,typical national or regional practices.PartⅢ:Urban Readjustment of the basic theory.Analysis put forward the concept and connotation of Urban Readjustment,scope and content of the theoretical foundations.PartⅣ:Urban Readjustment optimal adjustment in urban land use in applications.Discusses the Urban Readjustment and Urban Planning application level selection,detailed planning and controlling the feasibility and necessity of integration of applications and so on.PartⅤ:Ningbo Beilun District,optimal adjustment of urban land use.
