Then analyzes the characteristics and principles of vendors choosing, puts forward a scientific and rational business process outsourcing vendors selection process; and by statistical analysis of 50 Chinese and foreign literature analyzes the main factors affecting the choice of the vendors, establishes outsourcing vendor's comprehensive evaluation index system. Through analyzes the characteristics of choosing vendors and the practicability and operability of the method, presents an improved grey related fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate business process outsourcing vendors, uses Matalab7.1 to realize the algorithm, applies the method to a commercial bank during the vendors selection, describes the implementation process of this method, proves that this method is practical and scientific. Last but not least, submits the appropriate strategy for enterprise to choose business process outsourcing vendors, hope to achieve win-win during business process outsourcing.
