Research On Collaborative Mode Of Online Tourism Service Supply Chain Based On CPFR

In recent years,with China's national income level enhancement,people change their concepts of tourism,which leads to significant increase of individual travelers in tourism market.At the same time,with the continuous development of Internet technology,the online travel market stays in the golden period of development,but online tourism supply chain also has a series of problems,including: low enterprise collaboration degree and the lack of interest coordination mechanism and co-ordination of supply and demand.CPFR(Collaborative Planning,Forecasting and Replenishment)is an effective model to realize supply chain coordination.It can effectively enhance the cooperation between enterprises,regulate co-ordination of supply and demand,and maximize the overall competitiveness of the supply chain by management business process and collaborative operation between members of the supply chain.So this paper introduced CPFR model to the online tourism service supply chain,applied profound analysis and system construction on collaborative pattern,based on the example of online tourism service supply chain consisting of Ctrip,W Homestay and consumers,and provided solutions and reference for insufficient coordination of the online tourism service supply chain.First,through analysis of the existing literature on Tourism Service Supply Chain,summarized four types of tourism service supply chain,based on core enterprise,analyzed various tourism service supply chains,combining with the delivered value theory and ensured the competitive advantage of online tourism supply chain with the core of cyber intermediary.Then,selected the online tourism service supply chain consisting of Ctrip and W Homestay and consumers,with the core of cyber intermediary,as a research example,elaborated on insufficient coordination of the online tourism service supply chain and demonstrated the feasibility of applying CPFR.Secondly,constructed the framework of online tourism service supply chain collaboration mode based on CPFR,with the core of Ctrip.In the construction of cooperative relationship between the enterprises in the supply chain,this paper provided cyber intermediary with the strategy to commit supervision of cooperative relationship,through the description of evolutionary game theory of Ctrip and W Homestay;and researched incentive mechanism of online tourism supply chain by supply chain coordination mechanism.Finally,regulated business process and management norms of collaborative planning,cooperating prediction and co-ordination of supply and demand,three core parts in collaborative model of online tourism service supply chain collaboration mode based on CPFR,with the core of Ctrip and put forward the corresponding implementation strategy.
