Unemployment is a general economical problem in the world.Because of its potential destructive effect upon economic development and social stability, increasing employment has been important point of policy in various countries. Re-employment training is considered as active labor market policy now, and has become major unemployment measure.Since the IMF labor market in Korea has been depressed and the unemployment rate kept high.Accompany with economic reform, massive unemployment has appeared and become a huge handicap of economic development in China. So Korean government and Chinese government has paid great attention to the establishment of re-employment training system with many increasing employment policies, so Korea and China began to develop re-employment training almost at the same time. In the past dozen years of development, China and Korea have made outstanding achievements, accumulated a lot of experience and formed distinguishing characteristics.In this study,I focus on the comparison of re-employment training between china and Korea by four aspects. First, introducing unemployment problem and unemployment measure of China and Korea,then analyzing unemployment subjects; second, comparing development of re-employment training between china and Korea, finding out points of similarities and differences, then summarizing respect characteristics; third, comparing safeguard mechanisms including policy and law, management, and finance supporting; forth,summarizing Korean helpful experience in the developing re-employment training.There is practical guidance meaning on re-employment training to China through researching and analyzing Korean successful experience.After the comparison, four strategies are proposed that mainly are improving corresponding law, forming mechanism of student's splitting the cost, and reforming assessment pattern.
