A large population with relatively little land is the fundamental realities of China, the contradictory between population and land in China is extremely obvious.In China,25% of the population in the earth were feed by 7% of the total arable land in the world. How to raise the utilization rate of land, it is directly concern China's long-term stability and the sustainable development. On October 17th 2008, it has been proposed that peasant should be given more fully right of operation of land contracted at the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee. How to cultivate farmland market, speed up farmland transfer, reduce the abandonment of farmland, promote the scale management of farmland, improve the farmland use efficiency, enhance the international competitiveness of China's agriculture is important issue in our country.At present, rural land transfer is very popular, but the market strength is still weak. The scholars at home and abroad have conducted massive macroscopical research to the farmland transfer of our country, and mostly of them are qualitative description, using less of mathematical methods in analyzing the influencing factors.Under this background, this article has innovatively used the method of synthetical index, method of comparative analysis and discriminant analysis, and selected a typical county Zhongxian in Chongqing as a research area, and visited a number of farmers in four different level towns, measured the market-oriented as well as the stage objectively.Reveals the current flow to promote market-oriented rural land barriers and put forward the corresponding solutions. This concrete is divided into nine sections:PartⅠ:Introduction. It has put forward the problem of farmland transfer, study background, study purpose and significance, literature review, study ideas and methods of thesis.PartⅡ:The Research Foundation and Relevant Concepts. Introduce the theory to promote market-oriented agricultural land transfer, and define the contents rigorously in this paper.Part III:Farmland Transfer Situation of Study Region. It has studied the current farmland transfer situation of Zhongxian county, presenting the characteristic of enlarged scale, speeded up advancement, diversified transfer forms, multiplied main body, obvious benefit, which has led countryside industrial production development, and its transfer pattern is worth using as reference for other areas. However, some problems have still existed in farmland transfer, such as not in banlance between demand and supply the serious, phenomena of tort,nonstandard operatonal process.PartⅣ:Rural Land Market demand analysis. It has been analyzed the necessity from the internal demands and external pressures that two aspects.PartⅤ:The obstacle factors of Rural Land transfer market. There is no clear ownership of agricultural land, and market construction is lagging behind, which impede the transfer of agricultural land market factors.PartⅥ:Rural Land market-oriented evaluation. Using an integrated index method and the method of comparative analysis, from the flow-driven model, transfer market, the level of construction and flow of three aspects of price formation mode, select the eight indicators, measured the study area, the degree of marketization of rural land transfers. The results show that the degree of Zhongxian rural land market is far below the developed coastal areas, even lower than the urban land market,PartⅦ:The Phase Discrimination of Rural Land Transfer Market. The use of discriminant analysis methods to transfer rural land market in different degree of development of the three types of regions, respectively as primary, intermediate and advanced stages of standards, to build a market-oriented phase of the rural land circulation discriminant function, the study of regional rural land transfer process of market-oriented Relative phase discriminant analysis carried out. The results showed that the current transfer market Zhongxian rural land is still in its infancy.PartⅧ:The Study of Innovative Models in Rural Land Transfer Market. Through the transfer of rural land market Zhongxian typical pattern analysis, sum up the characteristics and performance of various models, land-transfer mode operation is designed.PartⅨConclusion. It has made a brief overview of this study, proposed the existed insufficiency in current research, and put the further forecast to present's research.
