"Three agro-problems" is the overal and strategic issues in socio-economic development in China.In the current strategy of constructing new socialist countryside and co-ordinating urban and rural development, farmland being still the main factors of production in rural development,both theoretical deduction and empirical research, can not avoid this fact:the rural land system of the rational design and healthy operation is the fundamental issue in solving "three agro-pr oblems". China's contracted farmland transfer is still a course in exploration and summary of experience.Presently,development of the market is still in its initial stage of development and in the spontaneous, disorder situation so that these are dilemma in contracted farmland transfer such as its high incidence and but weak of marketization strength.The present results and future trends shows us that marketizationt of contracted farmland transfer is an inevitable trend. However, marketizationt of contracted farmland transfer is not an easy road, but a long, gradual process. Not only because the contracted farmland involve in the large amount of rural land and wide multitude of things so that indeed affects the whole situation,but contracted farmland transfer is a social systematic engineering. It not only directly determines the efficiency of the allocation and utilization of rural contracted land,but also indirectly affects the rural social stability and unity and national foodsecurity,and it not only covers the its income distribution,increase of peasant income,agricultural intensification and scale operations,agricultural restructuring,rural surplus labor transfer, secondary and tertiary industries of the development and co-ordination of urban and rural development based on content,and touches the agricultural land property system, rural social security system, rural social organization and political governance systems and other core system.Therefore,the government guidance,social intermediary organizations involved,farmers participatation actively working together in harmony to promote marketization of contracted farmland transfer and to propel standard and orderly flow of contracted farmland and marketization allocation is the inevitable choice to solve household contract responsibility system of the deep flaws, and is a necessary requirement to co-ordinate urban and rural development and to perfect the rural land system,and is fundamental and urgent problems to realize agricultural intensification, industrialization, modernization and to build a new socialist countryside.This paper comprehensively uses theories and theoretical tools of property rights economics, institutional change theory, Marx rent theory, game theory, science of law,development economics,sociology and resource economics,in close connection with China's rural land system in the history of Chinese lessons,based on specific national conditions and practice, both majorly economicly analyzed and the analysis accompanied by the appropriately political, cultural, social, demographic and other aspects. From the all-round, full-view----micro, meso and macro perspective adopting methods of combining empirical analysis with normative analysis,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and combining extensive literature review and field research data access, real pressing issues of China's contracted farmland transfer----marketization of contracted farmland transfer serve as object of study; and it serves as the main research content to marketing allocative mechanism,allocative efficiency,allocative process,allocative plight and allocative measures of the contracted farmland. As exemplified in Chengdu this aricle carry on a systematic and comprehensive analysis and discussion for marketization of the contracted farmland transfer so that it provide a reference for ideas and countermeasures of its theory construction and practice guidance and a reliable theoretical basis and the policy recommendations of ongoing or upcoming marketization of transfer of the contracted farmland.Research ideas and the main frame of this paper consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, including of the Chapterl and Chapter2. The second part,coving Chapter2 and Chapter3,is formation and difficulties of marketization of the contracted farmland transfer;and the third part, the Chapter5 to Chapter7, is marketing mechanism of the contracted farmland transfer; the fourth part, coving Chapter8 and Chapter9,is empirical test and countermeasures.
