The Research Of Entrepreneurship Policy In View Of Relationship Between Entrepreneurship And Economy Growth

The specific aim of entrepreneurship policy is to increase entrepreneurial activity levels and to foster a favorable environment for the emergence of new firms. This paper discuss the definition,framework,typology of the entrepreneurship policy in view of the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth,his paper contributes in forming a complete influence approach chain of how the entrepreneurship policy promotes the entrepreneurship and hence contributes to economy growth.This paper points out the importance of entrepreneurship policy promoting economy growth through the strength of entrepreneurship lever. Chapter 2 point out that entrepreneurship policy has been one of the most important instruments to promote economy growth. Chapter 3 analyses the characters of economy development stage,the relationship between entrepreneurship and economy growth in historical perspective,and hence explores entrepreneurship and economy growth through U-ship curve,positive correlation,the S-ship curve relationship between entrepreneurship and economy growth. In the innovation-driven stage,entrepreneurship contributes to economy growth through three approaches such as knowledge spill-overs,promoting competition,the dynamic structure and diversified services of enterprises. Chapter 4 analyses the rationale for entrepreneurship policy,the foundations of entrepreneurship policy,the framework of entrepreneurship policy,and then discuss the difference between entrepreneurship policy and SME policy and innovation policy. Chapter 5 points out entrepreneurship policy incentives entrepreneurship by stimulating the entrepreneurial motivation,supplying the entrepreneurial opportunity and fostering the entrepreneurial skills,further suggesting that designing and implementation of entrepreneurship policy must depend on the background of a country or a region.On the basis of a broad theoretical frame of entrepreneurship policy,this paper contributes in forming a complete influence approach chain of how the entrepreneurship policy promotes the entrepreneurship and hence contributes to economy growth. The entrepreneurship policy of USA also shows the rationality of the influence approach chain. Based on theoretical analyze,the last chapter discusses the character of China entrepreneurship policy,and some revelatory policy implications are given in the end.
