The Effect Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Policy Of Nantong City On Local Economy

Since the eighteenth national congress of the party,the importance of innovation-driven development strategic has been increasing.To realize transform the regional economic development mode and upgrade the industrial structure,advances the strategy of innovation driven development in Jiangsu province,so Nantong promulgated a series of Innovation and entrepreneurship Policy.During the 12th five-year plan period,Nantong has made great achievements in scientific and technological innovation.However those achievements are related to the Policy?Therefore,this paper evaluates and analyzes the innovation and entrepreneurship policy of Nantong city.The results can be used to the development of surrounding new second-tier cities.This paper has four parts.(1)The innovation and entrepreneurship policy of Nantong city impact on Nantong enterprise development.Investigating the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantong city by questionnaire,study the development status of Nantong enterprise by which compared the financial data of the enterprises receiving policy supporting with the enterprises without policy supporting.Empirical results show that the Innovation and entrepreneurship Policy of Nantong city can drive enterprises to increase investment in research and strengthen the enterprises receiving policy supporting growth.(2)The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy of Nantong city impact on the region development.According to the economic data of Nantong from 2014 to 2017,this paper studies the impact of the Policy on Nantong economic development and patents.The number of patents and driving enterprise R&D investment was selected as the index.Empirical results show,the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy of Nantong city can drive enterprise R&D investment,and promote Nantong economic development.(3)In terms of policy satisfaction,policy awareness,policy participation and policy satisfaction were selected as the index.Empirical results show,the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy of Nantong is satisfied with high degree.(4)Based on the above results,this paper puts forward suggestions about the existing problems of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy of Nantong.
