The United States of America and People's Republic of China are the biggest developed country and developing country respectively. The economic and trade relationship between China and the US has been developed into one of the most important economic and trade relationship of the world. Trade conflicts between China and America are most diversiform and typical among all the trade conflicts aiming at China. It has become a critical problem to research the Sino-American trade conflicts and to find the corresponding solution through exploring the reasons of the Sino-America trade conflicts in order to eliminate or reduce the conflicts, maintain and develop favorable political and economic relation with America,and improve the China's position in the world politics and economy.A lot of data, charts and statistic material are used in this essay. Rigorous logical discussion and abundant factual approve the proposition that the features of Sino-America industrial structures is the deep-seated reason to Sino-US trade conflicts.The paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter One introduces the theoretical base between industrial structures and trade conflicts. Chapter Two is the keystone of this essay, which analyses the industrial structure adjustment of China played on Sino-US trade conflicts demonstratively. Chapter Three's structure is similar to Chapter Two, which analyses the industrial structure adjustment of America played on US-Sino trade conflicts demonstratively. Chapter four provides new ideas to solve Sino-US trade conflicts problem from the aspect of industrial structure.The analysis result has shown that the fundamental reason of Sino-US trade conflicts is the difference of economic development stage and industrial structure feature of Sino-US. With the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of export commodity structure of Sino-US, the problem of the trade imbalance and trade conflicts of Sino-US is necessarily existent and can not reserve in the short run and is also a long existent phenomenon. Although Sino-US conflicts can not be eliminated at all, it can get relieve by the adjusting industrial structure of China.
