In a long period, China is facing severe challenge for employment. At present, the influence of financial crisis lead to more severe situation of employment.To promote employment is the most important of government work. Because of many reasons, formal sector can not provide enough jobs, further deepening of the labor supply and demand and the employment pressure is further increasing. in this case, learn from foreign experience of solving the employment problems, our government explore the new avenues for employment constantly, in order to relief the pressure of employment, so flexible employment is appear and is enlarging increasingly, because of low threshold of flexible employment, great inclusive and it can effectively meet the complex and changeable employment situations. With the development of flexible employment in recent years, we can see that flexible employment play an important role in relief employment pressure and to promote employment, opening a new channel to employment and re-employment in China. With the development of flexible employment, flexible employees have become increasingly a large and large-scale social group, which can't be neglected. But due to historical and institutional reasons, this group hardly have basic social security, drifting away from the existing social security system. The overall enrollment rate is very low. This case not only can not protect the interests of flexible employees, which facing a great risk of the survival, but also restricted the development of flexible employment greatly. Everybody, as a member of society, are entitled to social security. Therefore, we urgently request of establish the flexible employment social security system, which is low-threshold and flexible. Based on the domestic situations of China, the thesis analyses and approaches comprehensively the question of the social security for the flexible employees by analyzing the feature of the flexible employment and flexible employees. Comprehensive comparison and analysis the patterns of flexible employment social security. Basing on those analyses, this thesis puts forward some recommendations about completing social security systems of flexible employees. For example, to improve the design of the existing system, to speed up the information construction of the social security agencies, to complete relevant supporting policies, and so on.
