The Study On Injury And Unemployment Insurance Of Flexible Workers During Integrated Process

As China’s economic restructuring, a large number of laid-off workers preferred tofreelance and some of the new labor force were also engaged in informal employment. AsChina’s economic developing, a large number of rural labor force came to working inurban areas, so China is at the peak period of labor supply. Therefore, flexible employmentwill be an important form of employment in the future. In the new century, our Party andgovernment have been concerned about urban-rural integration. It can be said that China isat an important period of breaking dualistic society and forming unified society. Therefore,we research injury and unemployment insurance of flexible employment in this thesis,which has a very important theoretical and practical significance in implementing thescientific concept of development, urban-rural integration and building a socialistharmonious society.This thesis started with investigation of flexible employment and analysis of theirstatus. Then, it compared domestic and foreign models of injury and unemploymentinsurance, which can provide experience and inspiration to design models of injury andunemployment insurance for flexible employment. In the third place, it simulated themodel of injury and unemployment insurance with Monte Carlo method. Finally, it testedthe model with Dynamics. This thesis was divided into six chapters, which read as follows.Chapter1was Introduction. It began by describing the research background andsignificance of this article. Secondly, it introduced the domestic and foreign research ofinjury and unemployment insurance. Then it elaborated on the structure and researchmethods of this article. Finally, it pointed out that the innovative point of this thesis.Chapter2was status research. It began by comprehending the present state andinjuries, unemployment insurance needs of flexible workers through investigation. Thenaccording to its analysis about problems of injury, unemployment insurance of flexible workers, it proposed a solution.Chapter3was international comparison. It summed up flexible workers’ injury,unemployment insurance policy of developed countries and some Chinese cities, whichcan provide experience and inspiration.Chapter4was patterns design and simulation. It discovered new method of flexibleworkers’ injury, unemployment insurance with the principle of low rates, convenienttransfer and linked up with urban workers’ injuries, unemployment insurance. It designed2patterns of flexible workers’ injuries, unemployment insurance, and then it simulated themwith Monte Carlo, and finally it compared results of simulation.Chapter5was analysis with Dynamics. It simulated patterns with VENSIMPLE32,and then it compared results of forecast.Chapter6was conclusion and outlook. It summed up the thesis and saw a vista offuture.
