The rapid growth of the tourism industry and the rapid development of tourism can not be separated from high-quality strong support professionals. In contrast, tourism management education in colleges and universities, although more than two decades after the development of an unprecedented scale of expansion, but the majority of tourism is still the continuation of traditional institutions, personnel training and teaching mode, it is difficult to adapt to the new era of travel management industry specialization and diversification of demand. Culture and tourism industry to adapt to the development of high-quality tourism professionals, we must deepen the reform and tourism management, innovative teaching ideas tourism, tourism teaching methods reform. This is the urgent need for institutions of higher tourism principles and practices of teaching for new exploration and innovation.Learning experience and the prevalence of the rise of China's tourism management professional institutions of higher education teaching reform provides a valuable reference. Experiential learning is a learner-centered, from the experience and reflect on progress in the study. It is a major goal to set up and experience the situation, observe the reflection, summed up the abstract, and other aspects of operations for process applications, and has sexual situations, action and reflection, and awareness and the main character, so that students learn regardless of the scheduled subject or be able to solve the problem for the development of better learning.In this paper, sort out at home and abroad in the system on the research literature on learning experience, based on this experience to learn to grasp the content, concepts and features, which focus on professional education and tourism management experience to learn and implement the macro-and micro-operation strategy. Strategy at the macro level, the analysis focused on how to adjust the role of teachers and students, teaching mode and deepen the reform of the construction of teaching materials in order to meet the needs of learning experience; in the micro-level focus on the implementation of tourism management and education experience and study the design of the framework steps. This experience of learning theory to improve and expand its scope of application play an important role. From the teaching practice, the current domestic tourism management education in the difficulties faced by increasingly strong calls for education reform. How to deepen the reform of professional tourism management, and strengthen education for the industry's demand for qualified personnel, the promotion of tourism management education in international development, as well as enhance the overall quality of students, to change its current state of general weariness. This study provides an alternative path, which is China's tourism management education reform will have a guiding role.
