The globalization of the economy brought about the investigation against the backdrop of the globalization of the industry, as the research industry ratings in order across the country and even around the world compete to gain a foothold, it must start from within the industry to seize the factors of production - talent future investigations of competition among enterprises is a fundamental competition for qualified personnel. Restrict development of the industry is currently investigating a major "bottleneck" is the allocation of human resources, unreasonable, the main manifestation is the loss of talent, how to improve this situation, to stimulate the vitality of key employees? Is currently investigating firms must face a major challenge.Full-text is divided into introduction, case text, case studies, recommendations and measures in four parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly describes the background of this study, meaning that the research aims and methods; that attract and retain qualified personnel to fully mobilize and develop people to the enthusiasm and creativity are inseparable from a good incentive mechanism. The second part of the CTR's analysis of the problems, mainly manifested in the neglect of individual needs, the incentive structure, as well as the aspects of a single person in charge of the Office of the loss of reasons, the flow analysis. Part III discusses the theoretical basis for the entire study provides theoretical support. The fourth part is the recommendations and measures, CTR companies to design for a reasonable compensation system and establish a scientific and fair performance appraisal system, and foster a harmonious corporate culture has done some research.In this paper, case study approach, from the analysis of CTR's city office who start with the loss of reason, the use of human resources management, and incentives related to the principles of motivation theory and methods of knowledge, combined with business reality, for the CTR in human resources management, exposed the problem, a common means of appropriate incentives, corporate culture is not perfect, the training system to conduct research into such issues as inadequate, a survey of China's sunrise industry companies, how complex and ever changing business environment, the power to keep people , with good people, calmly should face the challenges of competition and to provide ideas and suggestions.
