Research On How To Prevent The Risks Of Export On Large-Scale Ship Goods

Export risks for large-scale ships, each shipbuilding enterprise in accordance with then-production and export features, instinctively adopted a number of risk prevention measures. However, they don't comprehensively sum up the risks of export, but also lack of the practice of risk prevention apply on risk theory,. The paper summarizes and evaluates the common and main risks faced to the shipbuilding enterprises, and puts forward some means and methods on risk prevention of production and export combining the working practice, which aims to use concept of risk management to guide the patterns of production and export for large shipbuilding enterprises.Firstly, the paper introduces the definition of large-scale ships and large-scale ship merchandise exports of China's current patterns and their impact on the national economy, also describes the importance of shipping industry development. Then the risks on large ship production and export were discussed, and Delphi method was used to do qualitative and quantitative analysis on risk factors influencing the large ship export. Taking the very large crude carrier(VLCC) of DSIC as example, and statistical method is used to evaluate the loss may be caused by the risk factors. Finally, some suggestions are given on risk prevention in the process of ship production and export.The paper aims to help large shipbuilding enterprises establish idea of risk management, improve risk management consciousness, and use the risk management methods to avoid and control risks, which can make the enterprises stable and sustainable development, to promote export, and make China be the strong production and export country.
