Construction Plan And Economic Efficiency Evaluation For DongYuan Logistics Center In Ordos City

It is essential in many practical fields to establish city logistics center, it is helpful to integrate the transportation resources, regulate and guide the transportation and storage enterprises and make them transformed into third-party logistics business, thereby contributing healthy and rapid development of the logistics industry and the local economy. In the discourse, construction of Dong-Yuan Logistics Center in Ordos is researched, on the basis of analyzing the background of the construction, the construction scale and the content of the project are firstly determined, and then the construction plan was proved; the study of evaluating economic efficiency of the constructional plan are focused on ,and a feasible constructive plan and the conclusion of evaluating economical efficiency are given, then the basis of feasibility for Dong-Yuan logistics center in Ordos is provided.The discourse contents include 6 chapters.Chapter 1, The introduction. The purpose and significance of this research are expatiated, on the basis of analyzing the current research status of logistics, logistics garden and logistics center, the content and focus are brought forward.Chapter 2, The analysis of project background. On the basis of explaining the necessity of construction for Dong-Yuan logistics center in Ordos, the environment foundation and market foundation of the project are analyzed.Chapter 3, The determination of construction scale and content. The method of designing production capacity and ascertaining the requirement scale are given; besides, the main contents of the construction of project are identified, including the major facilities, equipment and the construction of application system.Chapter 4,The determination of the programming of project. Base on the analysis of the land condition, the function establishment and the operation flow of logistics garden are designed, and the total ichnography of the project is given; as well as the organizations of enterprise and the interrelated environment are analyzed.Chapter 5, The evaluation of economic benefits of the project. On the one hand, the planning of the construction and the quantitative basis of design are given; On the other hand, the economic basic principles and methods of financial analysis are presented.(2) According to the characteristics of a city logistics center and the requirements of planning and designing for both functional and economic, the program is improved on the basis of the analyzing practical experience of logistics garden and logistics center in domestic and foreign countries.Some shortcomings in the discourse as follow:Has not broken through traditional methods on researching evaluation of the economic feasibility for the project ,the contents of evaluation of the economic feasibility are complex, and the estimating method and rationality of income and cost influence economic benefit evaluation directly. A better method on estimating the income and the cost has yet to be further tested and explored, to compare and analyze the impact of different income and cost structure for economic evaluation.
