Research On Intellectural Property Management Based On Improving The Competitive Advantage Of Enterprises

Enterprise is the main building of an innovative country, how to enhance capability of independent innovation, and improving competitive advantage is the business and academic circles generally concerned. With China's accession to WTO, and economic globalization and knowledge economy are era are coming, intellectual property became increasingly an important business tool in market competition, and since the historical reasons for China's economic development, intellectual property management in many companies can not get enough attention, and this leads to a large number of companies which do not have the ability to use the intellectual property system.In competition with multinational companies, they are often at a disadvantage, transnational corporations have used their intellectual property arms to occupy the market space, and to suppress the development of Chinese enterprises, intellectual property rights has become an important magic weapon of multinationals to get the competitive advantage.Although people have a perceptual awareness of the general relationship between intellectual property and competitive advantage ,while some scholars try to study on intellectual property rights and competitive advantage in theory, but set up competitive advantage of enterprises by the intellectual property management way in theory or practice all needs to deepen. In this paper, begin with intellectual property and intellectual property management and competitive advantage theory, find intellectual property management to enhance competitive advantage based on theory : analysis of intellectual property which is the resource that can improve competitive advantage, also it can help company get tangible benefits; an the same time, intellectual property management and competitive advantages are obvious relevant, at he same objectives and elements of the same resources to achieve the same way, the same effect. The intellectual property management system as an important carrier of enterprise intellectual property management will inevitably become an important tool to improve competitive advantage. This paper attempts to build the intellectual property management system to enhance competitive advantage of enterprises, and make IP-based management model to enhance competitive advantage and make a enterprise competitive advantage evaluation system based on five aspects of the basic requirements of intellectual property management system, resource management, infrastructure Management, Process Management, management performance .This article also verified this with an example of research, analysis of the M's intellectual property management system and operational results, and constructed according to the foregoing evaluation system, then make recommendations to the overall situation of intellectual property management and its weaknesses. Empirical studies show that the proposed IP-based management model to enhance competitive advantage and Evaluation System has feasibility and scientific and has strong guidance on intellectual property management of the enterprises to develop competitive advantage .
