The backward marketing concept and the dim marketing awareness of Power Supply Corporation make the Corporation uncompetitive because of long term monopolization. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment, and the main constraints that Lanzhou Power Supply Corporation facing. Meanwhile, proposed countermeasures and suggestions to implement marketing, analyzing the representative special power market, referencing good methods and experience. According to 4p and 4C theories and market segmentation of Lanzhou power market, this paper makes out target market. Then it came to discuss the marketing strategy, and came up with countermeasures and suggestion:enhancing the construction of the grid and concept, adapting the price to market mechanism, strengthening enterprise culture construction.
