Human Resources Management is more important in enterprise management. resource is key to giving a company a competitive advantage.you will win in the competition if you pay more attention the development and management of the manpower resource,and keep the requirement of the employees consistent with the company goal. During the course of the development and management of manpower resource, the performance management seems more important.. As an effective tool to fulfill the goals, performance management is the core of the business enterprise human resource management. All of the business enterprise is activities deal with creating and keeping the high performance. Almost all of the enterprises and managers pay great attention to performance evaluation, But it is not very clear for the enterprise to precede the performance management. To state-owned enterprise, it is a totally new and important task.This paper stars with the theories of performance management, combined with the concrete practice of Power Cable Company Of BeiJing Power, designs a new performance management system according to the evaluation and analysis on its original system and problems.
