The company's desire for talent has become increasingly strong with the trend of economic globalization.How to make efforts in recruitment,Choose appropriate recruitment channels,solutions and means is a question that enterprises need to think about for the sake of gaining competitive advantages.On the basis of competency model,the design of employee selection scheme is a new field of competency model application.The design of the scheme will pay more attention to the intrinsic characteristics of employees,such as personality traits,values,etc.,and the applicability and accuracy of rating standards will be higher.On the basis of competency model,the overseas employee selection scheme can not only improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise recruitment,but also be a strong guarantee for the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.In view of the importance of hiring talents for the development of enterprises,this paper will study the design and application of the hiring scheme of C company based on the competency model.This paper will use literature analysis,empirical analysis and questionnaire survey methods to study the recruitment practice of C company's overseas employees,Based on competency and competency model and structured interview theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in employee selection in C company.At the same time,combining the research contents of domestic and foreign scholars about the construction of competency model,this paper explores the design and application of the recruitment plan of C company.This article mainly discusses the design and application of employee recruitment plan from three aspects:the construction of key competency model,the structured interview process design and the optimization of recruitment system.For in-depth study,this paper will take the selection of C company employees abroad as an example.In order to establish the model and the hiring plan according to the characteristics of C company,this paper will give a brief introduction to the behavior interview and questionnaire design and structured interview before constructing the key competency model.
