With the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.In order to obtain better development opportunities and advantages,more and more enterprises realize that sustainable and stable development must be guaranteed by strong human resources.Recruitment,as the first "gateway" of human resource management,directly affects the ability of enterprises to select talents to meet business development.The talent recruitment based on competency model can well meet the talent needs of enterprises and play an active and important role in promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Aite company,as a leading domestic sporting goods company,has achieved remarkable results in a competitive market environment.But at the same time,the lack of its human resources recruitment system has become a weakness hindering the rapid development of the company.This paper analyzes a series of problems and causes of the selection of aate recruitment without standards,low degree of evaluation and management confidence and validity through data analysis,questionnaire survey and other tools.Using the post competence model theory by means of strate6gic culture deduction,behavioral event interview method and other methods to build a position competence model including core competence,professional ability,leadership,etc.and optimize the recruitment system of Ait company based on competency model,the qualification model is discussed in detail in recruitment,selection,evaluation,The specific application of five links,such as recruitment and probationary period management.In the process of optimizing the recruitment system scheme,this paper focuses on the localization factors,which is more suitable for the development needs of local enterprises,and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
