| With the deepening of power system reformation, competition in electricity market is increasing more and more. Strengthening internal basal management to improve overall performance becomes an important issue faced by power generation enterprises.In this paper, current situation, problems and formation cause of performance management system have been analyzed, by the research of operation management mode of the power generation enterprises and performance management system based on it. By studying an enterprises case (Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company), analyze the design and implementation of its performance management system, and describe the design and implementation of operating staff performance system, which has a typical significance in performance management system. Spread and application of Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company's performance management system have been analyzed, so as to provide reference to improve the management of power generation enterprise in China. |
