So research on quality control of this project construction has great significance.This paper combine theoretical and practical method, researches on the fundamental method and theory, and the construction characteristics of gray water reuse, discussed quality control combined with the project of Gray Water Reuse in Hang Cui Yuan. After a brief introduction of the basic concepts of quality management and quality control, finding out the key factor of this gray water reuse program, using modern theories and methods of quality control, combined with quality management, establishment a quality control system of gray water reuse, combined with the establishment of this project of the quality control system, through control before the event, control during the event and control after the event, finally, got specific recommendations for control measures of this water reuse project engineering quality control.This paper describes the methods proposed to improve the quality control of construction quality, and optimizing enterprise quality management, improving economic efficiency.
