| As the development of the world's economy and the interdependent property between the various countries, economic internationalization has become one of the most basic features of the contemporary economic development. Being the largest developing country, China's export-oriented economy has evolved in recent years. Since the reform and opening up, the regional economy such as the Pearl River Delta become the leading of the entire national economy development. Currently China has three metropolitan areas, including the Pearl River Delta , the Yangtze River Delta and the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras. Among them, the Pearl River Delta's opening was started earlier, so its economic level and the level of internationalization of the economy is much higher. Since the 1990s, the Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai as the leader also grow rapidly, and their economic internationalization is steadily increasing.The Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras, with the capital Beijing as its core city, its opening to the overall relatively later, so its economic level and the level of internationalization of the economy is lower. However, because a state policy in the 21st century will be fostered to Tianjin Binhai New area and the development opportunities brought by the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras becoming the new hot spot of the country's economic development. This will require strengthening the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'open extent, and more integration into the world economic system, in order to be effective in accelerating their economic development. But compared with research degree about the Pearl River Delta's economic internationalization, the research about the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras is a tad inadequate. This is also the subject of this article.This article summed up three key indicators to measure the level of economic internationalization, namely, the degree of dependence upon foreign trade, the international investment openness and foreign dependence, based on making the internationalization of the economy and other important concepts in order. And then find the current situation and shortcomings of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'internationalization of the economy , by studying the economic development of the current economic situation and the evaluation of the level of internationalization of the whole metropolitan areas and the inner three provinces, compared with the other two domestic major metropolitan area. Currently, the economic internationalization of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras overall is low. The openess of Beijing is higher ,and the opening up development of Tianjin is fast, but Hebei Province's level of economic development and opening degree is relatively lower, still needing greater efforts to develop its export-oriented economy aning improve its level of economic internationalization, so as not to delay the process of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'economic internationalization.In view of the current situation and inadequation of Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'economy internationalization, this article proposed some strategies to enhance their economic internationalization's standard, including: First, coordinating infrastructure construction and logistics collaboration, reducing duplication construction. Three parts of Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras all have developed transport and logistics system. In particular, Beijing as the capital of China, owned the most dense public transport network, and it's the national transportation hub. Tianjin Port is the largest port in the North, and is the foreign port of Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras. Hebei province also has a few of traffic developed cities such as Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao. However,in the past, transport facilities of the three parts is on its own as a camp, even to seize the same project with each other, resulting of the situation of no income and waste of resources. So this article recommended that the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras as a unified whole, should strengthen transport infrastructure's coordination and balance, reduce duplication construction and waste resources. Second, adjusting the industrial distribution, strengthening coordination and cooperation between the divisions. Beijing as the national technology centre and cultural center, its pharmaceutical industry, instrumentation, electronic communication equipment manufacturing and other industries has a unique advantage. Tianjin with its very good advantage of port and rich in natural resources,it has a comparative advantage in heavy industries and natural gas extraction industries. While the Hebei province has a higher comparative advantage in petroleum processing and coking plant, ferrous metals mining and dressing industries.Therefore, Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'development must consolidate the three respective superior resources, adjust industrial distribution, strengthen cooperation among the various regions, to improve the level of economic development of the entire metropolitan area. Third, accelerating regional economic integration processes, increasing the degree of opening to the outside world. Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras as a unified economic area, must strengthen the internal integration of the three places, to the overall force driving their economic development. Today, the openess of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras is still much lower than the other two metropolitan areas, especially the Hebei province has the lower economic openness. Therefore they must speed up the beiing opening process, focus on supporting the opening-up of Hebei province, in order to improve the entire metropolitan areas'economy level. Fourth, promoting the internationalization of Beijing to promote Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'internationalization. Beijing as the core city of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras, its own international quality and openess affects in a large extent the entire Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'economy level. Therefore, it should speed up Beijing's optimizing its urban space and speed up its economic international transformation to elevate Beijing's international level and its effect to surrounding area , in order to push the entire Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras'economic internationalization process forward.This article is largely dictated by the marriage of the theory and practice, seeked a few innovation of the theory and method based on the existing research results. This innovation can be summarized as: (1)In the area of theory, maked the Metropolitan internationalization to a new light, developed own point of view by combing and analysing the scholars'research on economic internationalization, and has proposed the indicators and system to evaluate the economy internationalization of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras; (2) In the area of the practical aspects, proposed some targeted and practical measures to improve internationalization of economy of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras, through investigating their international factors and current economy. These have some practical significance to promote economy internationalization of the Jing-Jin-Ji metropolitan aeras. |
