The Analysis Of Medical Security Of The University Students

The Central government has some basic frameworks about the policy of Students Medical Security. However until now there is no uniform policy for different areas of whole country, except some testing schemes in limited areas. To response the existing problems in current system of Students Medical Security, the thesis is written. Basing on the research and analysis of real need of University Medical Security, basic ideas and suggestions are proposed:building three systems of defense:Poverty Students Medical Aid Fund system, Students Medical Insurance system, and Students Medical Treatment Welfare system, to solve the current problems of Students Medical Security and guarantee the fundamental health rights and interests of students.
