Airplane ticket market develops very fast along with rapid economic development and the agent in the market are facing enormous reform. With the change of e-ticket and agent fee, the airline ticket enterprises must reform to gain development. The traditional wholesale model adopted by large enterprises in the air-ticket agent is confronted with continuous impact of the new model in the market. In order to seek development, big wholesale agent in various area begin to build new air-ticket e-commerce distributor platform. According to the analysis of the ticket market, the patterns and ways of air-ticket distributor platform building are raised in this paper, and the organization structural chart of operational structure and main responsibilities of each post in primary stage are provided.
