At the end of the 20 th century, the central government of our country strictly controlled the scale of new construction land in local governments by implementing the land use plan management system. However, this type of planned management system has the problem of low resource allocation efficiency. Many local governments are actively trying out new models in existing towns. With the introduction of a market mechanism in the construction land allocation system.Chongqing “Land Ticket” trading model has substantially innovated in the traditional model of hook policy, and established a market-oriented trading platform for the hook policy, becoming the most typical model in hook policy. This paper selects Chongqing Municipality, which implements the “Land Ticket” trading model,as the study area, and combines the transaction data of “Land Ticket” in Chongqing from 2008 to 2015 to analyze the spatial autocorrelation analysis and construct a spatial lag model, summarizing the space for the “Land Ticket” indicator.Distribution characteristics and its influencing factors were discussed. The research mainly uses the spatial econometric analysis method, uses the spatial autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatial effect of the “Land Ticket” transaction, and summarizes the spatial distribution characteristics of the “Land Ticket” transaction. On this basis, the spatial regression model is used to explore the impact of “Land Ticket”.The influencing factors of the space's distribution characteristics of “Land Ticket” trading. The research results show that:(1)the scale of inflow and outflow of the “Land Ticket” indicator shows a significant positive correlation in space, and the space agglomeration benefit and spillover effect are obvious, and it shows similar spatial distribution characteristics with the main functional division of Chongqing. The high and high(HH)agglomeration areas of the inflow and the low and low(LL)agglomeration areas of the outflow that the “Land Ticket” indicator are mainly distributed in the urban functional core area, urban function development area, and urban development new area in the Chongqing One Hour Economic Circle, and “ The low-low(LL)agglomeration area of the inflow the high-height(HH)agglomeration area of the outflow of the “Land Ticket” indicator distributed in the northeastern ecological conservation area and the southeast ecological protection area of the “two-wing” area of Chongqing. The main factors influencing the inflow and outflow of “Land Ticket” indicators for all districts and counties of Chongqing are the output value of local secondary and third industries, the level of fiscal revenue, the number of urban population, and the amount of urban fixed assets investment,of which the output value of the secondary and third industries, the fiscal revenue, and the urban fixed assets there is a significant positive correlation to the “Land Ticket” inflow behavior. And the outflow behavior of the “Land Ticket” behavior is mainly affected by the number of urban residents and the level of local fiscal revenue, among which the number of urban population, there is a significant positive correlation to the “Land Ticket” outflow behavior..While,the level of local fiscal revenue is significantly negatively related to the “Land Ticket” outflow behavior.Summarizing the above studies,Chongqing “Land Ticket” transaction model has enabled the large-scale and cross-regional flow of urban and rural construction land.“Land Ticket” have flown into areas with strong demand for construction land and have invigorated the rural construction land where “Land Ticket” flow out of the country. The utilization of stock construction land has been increased, and the conflict between supply and demand for urban construction land has been eased.Under the background of our country's strategy of continuing to deepen the overall development of urban and rural areas, actively guide the mature pilot regions in the process of improving the utilization structure of urban and rural construction land, introduce a market mechanism to allocate urban construction land quotas, and promote local governments to gradually shift the concept of land allocation for newly-added construction land to the market-based allocation land.
