Research On Interest Distribution Mechanism In Hospital Drug Supply Chain

The structure and operation of world's pharmaceutical industry has changed, that causes many countries' drug logistics face the pressure to improve. At the same time, rising costs, new technologies and new methods of health care are greatly promoting the development of pharmaceutical industry. In this situation, supply chain management concept and management models have been applied into the drug supply chain. This paper research on the hospital drug supply chain from the following aspects:Firstly, consider the particularity of hospital drug, define basic areas of hospital drug supply chain. And then, this paper analysis the constitution of the supply chain, including node organization and constraint organization.Secondly, proposed three types of hospital drug supply chain management, then discussed the features of three models and analyze their advantages and disadvantages from logistics, information flow, capital flow respectively. Finally get that the type of third party logistics leading hospital drug supply chain is the optimal management model.Thirdly, promote the interest distribution of supply chain system, using cooperative game, Shapley value method, and consider the cost of inputs and risk factors, and analyze interest distribution mechanism between members in the type of third-party logistics leading hospital drug supply chain. It is hope to provide theoretical support for the innovation of hospital drug supply chain management, and give some appropriate references to hospitals, medical supply companies and third party logistics enterprises to solve interest distribution problem of hospital drug supply chain.
