| Leadership has been focused on by people. Unfortunately, the previous research on leadership was very little empirical research, but just text description. These empirical studies are primarily about cadre leadership of enterprise, party and government, but the research on leadership of college students is rare, and the research about its impact factor is almost none. Therefore, the paper uses empirical methods to analyze the status of college students'leadership skills and its influencing factors. In the paper, I review the literature about leadership, use open-ended questionnaire to prepare the questionnaire of students' leadership and its influencing factors, which consists of five parts:basic information of students, social participation scale, family functioning scale, leader temperament scale, leadership skill scale. The paper draws the following conclusions on the basis of analysis of questionnaire data.First, the level of university student leadership is in medium. Each dimension of society participation and family functioning surpasses the medium level, and individual natural disposition is on the medium level.Second, the male students and the female students has the remarkable difference in the leadership; The science and liberal art students also has the remarkable difference in the leadership; Different month income family university students'leadership exists remarkable difference; Countryside family university students and city (town) family university students'leadership exists remarkable difference.Third, each dimension of university students'society participation, family functioning and leader temperament has remarkable correlation. Students participate in public affairs has a significant effect on rational leadership, each dimension of leader temperament has a significant effect on rational leadership, and charisma has a significant effect on interpersonal leadership and rational leader.Therefore, this study put forward suggestions from the view of students themselves, college and family on the basis of the above findings. First, University and college students must raise their leadership awareness and improve their personality in the usual learning life. Universities and colleges should strengthen to cultivate leadership ability of their students, to keep abreast of the latest developments of students'leadership skills and to take some measurements to improve students'leadership skills. Parents should give their children a good environment for the growth and foster leadership skills of their children. |
