The Research On The Evolution And Development Of Industrial Spatial Layout In Chengdu City

The layout of Urban industrial space is the dynamic portfolio distribution of all the industry sectors and elements inside the city. It not only reflects the city's economy in the spacial patterns and changes, but also transacts with the urban economic development. In recent years, the excessive agglomeration of economic activity in downtown of Chengdu and the urban expansion have put forward many new demands of the layout of urban industrial space. Based on this situation, the thesis studies on the evolution of industrial spatial layout, present situation and questions, looking forward to find the future development trends and countermeasure of optimizing the Chengdu's industrial spatial layout to promote the sustainable development of urban economy.Firstly, this article conductes an in-depth study on the theories of industrial distribution at home and abroad, and learns the practical experience from all spatial layout of domestic and foreign cities, providing the basis for the research of spatial layout of Chengdu industry. Through the process of researching the evolution of Chengdu's industrial spatial layout, the article firstly reviews the evolutional process of Chengdu industrial spatial layout since the founding of the Country, then summarizes the basic characteristics of the evolution by three points as the spatial distribution pattern of industry, the industrial concentration degree, and industry functional seperature.As well as it analyzes the current characteristics and the current problems that Chengdu faces now. Through analyzing the current fugures and problems faced, it summerizes that Chengdu got obviously fugure of spatial polarization, the spheres differentiation and spatial agglomeration characteristics,while also facing the imbalance; the excessive decentralization; the commoditization; land use; ecological and environmental issues and other proiblems in the industry distribution. Finally, this article analyses the factors affecting the future development of the spatial layout in Chengdu and rises up a future vision of industrial patial layout. Then it tries to propose the advices and countermeasures to optimize the layout of Chengdu's industrial space.
