Research On Optimization Of Rural Industrial Spatial Layout Planning Based On Industry Suitability-Evaluation

Economic development is a basic indicator to determine the development of a region, meanwhile industrial structure leads regional economic development. As a large agricultural country.with the advance of urbanization,rural economy has occupied an increasingly important position and the level of rural economic development continued to increase. The optimization of rural layout planning is the re-planning of the squandering industry.Therefore ,Based on the industry suitability evaluation of rural industrial spacial layout planning is a spacial planning instead of concept planning.First,This thesis will choose rural industry suitability evaluation as the method and Guan-Di village as the example to solve the problem.second,take the system analysis method to analysis the factors such as natural environment?social economy and so on.and then ,after building three types of industry suitability evaluation index system,i use the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy to calculate index.Next,i choose to use data collation to establish suitability evaluation database,and then can calculate 3 types of suitability assessment composite index.Finally,according to the industrial suitability index comprehensive index,i put the industrial spacial layout planning of Guan-Di village above the space constraint while concluding the interrelated method and strategy.The main findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)taking the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each evaluation index according to the industry suitability evaluation index system of Guan-Di village.and then,i can draw 3 maps of Guan-Di village for the industry suitability evaluation index.(2)coordinating the contradiction of "multi-regulation" such as urban and rural planning?ecological and environmental protection planning and so on;dividing the prohibited construction area, construction area and allowed construction area according to delimiting control lines.(3)According to the industry suitability evaluation results of Guan-Di village,research shows that Guan-Di village needs to transform the Industry type.From my point of view,agriculture needs to upgrade, and then can achieve the development of agricultural compound;Guan-Di village can not to develop industry cause the lack of construction land;service industry needs to promote industry integration in order to get rapid development.
