As the fast development of economy in our country, the number of railway cargo increases sharply, railway container as a new transportation way develops very fast. But a series of problems are taken to railway container station, such as railway container station crowded, charge and discharge delay increased and so on, the service quality is not as good as modern logistics requirement. Railway container transportation of our country is confronted with very big competing stress, so modern railway container stations that can satisfy transportation demand are needed urgently. In order to satisfy logistics requirements increasing sharply, many railway container stations are busy with rebuilding projects.Combined with the research actuality about interrelated thesis, this thesis sums up a way of logistics facility layout of railway container station to deal with this problem, and it mainly includes the following contents.First, in order to satisfy the modern logistics requirement, introduce the new logistics function, and the container cargo transportation process. It is consisted by eight function areas and the thesis also simply introduces the principle and method of every area scale.Second, establish a two-function model to optimize the layout of the railway container station; with two objectives, one is to minimize the total logistics flow cost, and the other is to maximize the adjacency-relationship degree among facilities.Then, the Genetic Algorithm is a new approach to solving complex problems. As a result of the enormous increase in the capacity of computer technology, applying GA in recent years has become more and more widespread.At last, the improved SLP and the model are applied in a real project to get a best solution, which is Qing Baijiang railway container station. |
