With the development of knowledge economy and globalization, an enterprise training grounded on career management has become a indispensable approach for the enterprise seeking competitive advantage, the training system based on career management is one that has added the variable of career management to the component parts of the training system and the whole process of enterprise training, so that the employee may participate in the training more positively and the enterprise training can maximally match the targets and benefits of employees and the company, and realize their mutual development. The paper attempts to study and design on an effective training system based on career management project for Jiasheng Compressor Corporation (the Jiasheng Corp. for short) with the hope of producing reference value for this company and other companies.The perfect training system is the key to ensure the training validity. For various reasons, there are still many differences and misunderstanding existed in the current domestic awareness of the training system, and many companies training system is far from perfect. This paper gives evaluation and analysis of these differences, misunderstanding and problems, and defines the meaning of the training system and its elements. Meanwhile,Based on which a comparative study is done with respect to diverse enterprise training models related to post, achievement and efficiency, strategies and competence,. By adopting methods such as questionnaire survey and interview, the paper conducts an investigation concerning the conditions of the operation and employee's training in the Jiasheng Corp., summarizes some important problems and the reasons for these problems existed in the training system in the company, such as the training neglects the employee's need; every part in the training system is not comprehensive, and so on. Based on the above analysis, the integrated use of relevant theories and methods, the research shows that the perfect training system based on career management is composed of five subsystems, namely, training organizational systems, training management institutional systems, training process systems, training resources and training support systems, and the construction of the training system principles, the basic framework, characteristics and significance, etc. were discussed and design. Especially from the perspective of career management, the main contents of the various constituent elements of the training system were discussed in depth, in order to give all the constituent elements of the new content and features, reflect the career management training requirements. Finally, the paper makes some suggestion on the company's application of the training system's basic channels and major initiatives.
