The success of an enterprise largely depends on the use of intellectual capital what is it owned.Well-educated employees are important carrier of intellectual capital.Today,all of enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises have very serious situation in the loss of well-esucated employees.Well-educated employees who were born after 1980's have the highest turnover rate. This is directly related to the survival and development of the enterprises in the future.JG company is a large state-owned enterprise,It locates in northwest of China and belongs to heavy manufacturing.In recent years,JG company constantly update technology and upgrade equipment,JG company constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through the adjustment of product structure.Now,they have made markable achivements. However,some of new staff frequently leave from JG company.All of them was born in 1980's and just graduated from university,especially in the last few years,this become a major problem in JG company.This thesis will regard leaved well-educated workers as the object of research,through the analysis of their personality feature and human resource situation of JG company,To dig out the real reason for employee turnover,and give some workable strategies which can help to contain staff turnover and motivate them effectively. In the last,there is a conclusions based on analysis of the JG company current human resources management system to optimize the design,this will be helpful to provide an important frame of reference to developed well-educated employees management policies.The high turnover rate of well-educated employees is very common in the state-owned enterprises of China. It have great significance for the future development,not only for JG company but also the same manufacturing enterprises and other state-owned enterprises to research and resolve this problem.
