With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health in recent years. This has caused a rapid increase in nutritional products sales. A huge potential of sales market attracts a lot of companies to join the industry, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. However, constantly emerging food safety issues make the products quality of nutritional products particularly important. Therefore, every manufacturing company, in order to strengthen their market competitiveness, is trying their best to improve their product design, optimize production process, enhance the consciousness of each employee, improve after-sales service, and lower operating costs to ensure and improve the quality of products. Only through the continuous improvement of product quality, can manufacturing companies to improve their operational ability and market competitiveness, thereby avoiding the loss of market share in this tough competitive market.In this paper, the author thoroughly examines the quality management of nutritional products' production process based on Total Quality Management theory, specific QA tools, a large number of the actual data and case studies and his own rich working experience at AG company. The research takes three typical products in AG company, powder, tablets and softgel for example, from the points of product formulation, equipment selection, production quality control, microbiological control, production efficiency improvement, product quality critical control points, quality control system. The author tries to find out how AG can improve quality management with specific production programs, provide constructive inputs, as well as a reference to other nutritional product manufacturers in quality management.
