| Quality management is one of the key factors that can determine the survival and development of an enterprise.The overall quality performance level of a product can determine the competitiveness of an enterprise.The overall quality performance level of a new product will directly affect customer satisfaction and market share.Therefore,it is one of the most important tasks for an enterprise to gradually improve its quality management capability and optimize its product quality.The quality optimization of the whole life cycle of new products is also an important factor that determines whether an enterprise can maintain its competitiveness in the new field.With the continuous development of globalization and marketization.enterprises have accumulated more and more quality performance data in product application.The overall quality performance of products can reflect the important basis of their product vitality.How to let users choose the same type of products,in the case of a small price gap,in addition to brand factors,the quality performance indicators of products are also important reference and basis,How can enterprises produce lasting vitality in the fierce competition,and the quality optimization management has become a new topic for enterprise managers.Under the guidance of the theory of continuous quality improvement of products,6 sigma process and the quality process in the development stage of the product,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality of the new product of the grader of C company.By using the method of classification and comparison,we evaluate and analyze the whole life cycle of the new product development of the grader of Company C,and define three product stages:the new product development stage,the new product verification stage,and the new product mass production stage.Then,by analyzing the current situation of each stage,we use quantitative analysis,RACI and other methods to solve the existing problems.After analyzing the reasons behind the various stages of the new grader products of Company C,we used RACI,DMAIC.FEMA and other methods to propose targeted solutions,standardize the design process,strengthen new employees’ training,implement the design criteria of zero defects,optimize the global location of the new product verification stage,improve the efficiency of problem collection and feedback,improve the quality problem solving process,and optimize the quality cooperation function responsibilities of each department,A series of measures such as agent problem process optimization,recall of defective parts and promotion of continuous improvement projects have improved the efficiency of cooperation between various departments,improved communication efficiency.and adopted scientific and effective methods and tools,thus improving the quality performance level of new grader products,reducing the defect rate of single unit,and improving customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. |
