Extension Evaluation And Study On Project Risk Of Engineering Supervision

Supervision has became a main body in the implementation process of construction project as a special agency, and it plays active role in controlling project cost, schedule, quality, safety and so on, and has achieved significant results. However, because construction market is not perfect, it is undeniable that there are still some problems such as vicious competition from free to keep prices down, the lack of qualified personnel etc. in the development process of supervision reform. Facing increasing open construction market, it is imminent for supervision enterprises to improve their risk management awareness and the ability to resist risks so as to make it more competitive.The thesis take project risk management as the main line, combing the features, development status and the problems in the course of the development of construction supervision, from the perspective of engineering construction supervision enterprise, through a comprehensive analysis for project risks of engineering supervision, and makes a systematic study for risk management methodology of engineering supervision project based on extension theory and project risk management theory, which includes risk extension discern,risk analysis and estimation,risk assessment and risk reaction and so on. It constructs project risk decision-making model based on the extension comprehensive evaluation of engineering supervision creatively, and the risks identified are sorted by extension in order to make risk management identify key risks and can develop project risk management strategies and preventive measures of engineering supervision targetedly, thus achieve project risk effective management. Finally, the thesis demonstrates feasibility of the extension comprehensive evaluation method through a case.the thesis expects be able to play a guidance or reference when risk management decision-makers do risk analysis,solution,decision for engineering supervision project.
