In the increasingly competitive world, more and more companies pay attention to employee career development as an important component of the human resources strategy. In order to attract and keep talents, the enterprise must try to increase employee job satisfaction, training employees a sense of belonging to enterprise to increase the level of organizational commitment, and enhance the centripetal force of employees of enterprise, and ultimately bring humanistic management into effect. The study used stratified random sampling method to get the sample of employees of BX company which is a Hong Kong listed company, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire(JSQ) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ) were administrated by the sample to analysis factors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and focus on analysis of relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to draw conclusions based on the research to propose solution targeted and recommendations.Based on the comprehensive of articles on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, JSQ and OCQ were administrated by 460 employees of BX company, lastly, statistic techniques such as t-test, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis were used to analyze the dates. Consequently, we draw the following conclusions:Firstly, by Independent Samples t-test and Variance Analysis results show that, in scores of job satisfaction, the differences of period of company and department were significant, and the differences of age and position were not significant.Secondly, in scores of organizational commitment, the differences of position and department were significant, and the differences of age and period of company were not significant.Thirdly, the job satisfaction as well as each dimension of employees of BX company have a positive relation with every dimensions of organizational commitment.Lastly, job satisfaction can predict the scores on organizational commitment.
